I have discovered THE BEST healthy snacks! I try to keep granola bars or something in my desk for days like today when it's not looking good for getting out for lunch, and I didn't have time to put something together at home.
Mrs. May's Naturals: Trio Bar MMMmmm!!!! They come in four flavours: blueberry, strawberry, cranberry and tropical. They have whole almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins, different seeds, including pumpkin, dates and the fruit. They are all natural, kosher, gluten-free and vegan. They are all DELICIOUS. One bar is about 230 calories, so great if you have to use it to substitute lunch. I'm not a huge nuts-and-seed fan, but I love these! I got a box at Costco. They aren't cheap, but they're totally worth it. Better pay a fair price for good nutrition, I think, than get garbage for cheap.
